Kim Limmer is a dedicated Realtor with Coastal Palms Real Estate who is passionate about helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals throughout Bay County and the surrounding areas. As a longtime local resident, Kim offers valuable knowledge of the community, neighborhoods, schools, outdoor recreation, and the lifestyle that makes Northwest Florida such a wonderful place to call home.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Kim spent years serving others through her work with the Bay County School System and as a Victim Advocate with the State Attorney's Office. These experiences strengthened her ability to listen, communicate effectively, and advocate for the people she serves—qualities that now benefit her real estate clients every day.

Kim proudly partners with fellow Realtor Brandie Allon, a Panama City native with more than 10 years of real estate experience. Together, they combine local expertise, market knowledge, and a shared commitment to exceptional client service.
